RE:RE:Farmer ? Seriously ? Farmer, it's the first (of a two step process) accomplished. The EAO bureaucracy will complete the referral package and forward it to the Minister for final decision (as desired by BKM) rather than playing the frustrating game of attempting to satisfy EAO's SAIR's requirements when it appears there was no end in sight and no clear delineation as to what further criteria they required to be met. So, six years later after the 2015 (Minister says "Jump thru more hoops to get your permit", here we are. This is good. Here we are, knocking on the door... again. Minister is going to say "yes" or "no". I hope Believe is right- big time! Don't know how long it will take to have the referral package on the Minister's desk. Hopefully in the next week... Then the 45 day period clock starts ticking. So, by end of January - Decision announced??
I think it all turns on whether LBN is on-side... I can't get find anything in the reports or agreements that gives a definite answer to that question. They have been so quiet it's almost erie. What does that mean? They are not screaming their opposition. So that's a positive... Have they turned a corner in their thinking and recognize the huge economic opportunity this mine potentially provides? The foundation and collaboration agreements seem to be very positive for LBN. Gives them huge incentives to take advantage of economic opportunities. I am attempting to read between the lines here. No explicit support for Mining in those agreements and reports. I'm cautiously optimistic that the good guys will win... But everyone will have to form their own judgment on this. Gotta admit, after 20 years of painful years of misery for some (possibly many) long suffering shareholders, definitely coming to a very dramatic conclusion.
May you all be rewarded for your patience and trust in BKM management to get this over the finish line.
