2021/2022 Contractural Period Terms 

As previously announced, for the period of May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022 (the “2021/2022 contractual period”), the Fund agreed upon a fixed premium price on zinc metal sales with Glencore Canada. The purchase of concentrates continues to be made as per the agreement’s fallback position while negotiations with Glencore Canada on these terms are ongoing. The fallback position is a treatment charge based on market variations, among other conditions. Detailed terms are not disclosed as they are considered commercially sensitive and confidential.
