Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

IN CandyLand

IN CandyLand There was obviously a lot of trading going on prior to the Presser yesterday.  GBR made quite a run while the price of gold and other miners and exploration plays were basically flat.

Therefor the  knowledge of this deal was widely known .     The Ontario Securities Commission has a whistleblower program.   They give out CASH awards.   Anyone who knows someone who traded on this deal in Candyland should turn them in for the award.

Also,   with all the run up in the stock over a number of months I think that Chris and GBR "ran the process" and opened the data room to all comers, in a full and fair invitation to Barrick and/or Newmont or anyone with the $$$ to come look and bid.   Maybe they tried to exclude a few Chin investors/miners in order to keep such a valuable asset in Western hands.    The idea of a white knight here is a long shot,  unless you want to deal with Chin/Canadain  govt. approval process for foreign entities which may or may not prove to be friendly in the long run.
