Yeah I have heard. Todd tries to deny it but I suggest everyone vote a HARD NO on that one. Institutional ownership is lower than retail so, definitely need to spread word on voting. NUMI will try doing the same thing if they want to uplist. Doesn't matter how RLH and todd try to sell it - VOTE NO.
