He is not lying. There is a proxy form for the Annual shareholder meeting that clearly has a vote on a share consolidation. I am bullish on the company but do not turn blindly in love. I very much advise everyone to call Todd and let him know how you feel about it and vote NO. He will never admit it openly and be vague with the answer but that's because he simply can not share these things until public. Share consolidations are toxic for investors who already own stock. Vote no.
