especially after a very large acquistion
if he was super excited about the future of the company he would have to have a very good reason to not continue such as a health issue
and he did not even provide a long time line for the transition which is not typical for a situation like this
yes it could simply be he is burnt out
the board could have been leaning on him hard and said enough
many scenarios
not enough color on the situation
and thus why the share price is lower despite the unlying fundamentals
there is lots to like about VNP
including the Biden budget which has mass incentives for solar although the solar manufacturers are struggling likely due to supply chain issues
(this could be positive for VNP as a domestic based supplier?)
