RE:Confusing info! ?

RE:Confusing info! ?Rock... when you own warrants you own options (almost the same thing but with a different name.)

Options or warrants give you the 'option' of buying shares from the company treasury thus creating more shares (dilution.) This is the difference between 'diluted' and un diluted share base.

The other side of the transaction is that you give the company your money. So, for good or for bad, Vlad has given NCU money and recieved shares out of treasury.

The question is why? What series were these? They almost have to be the new ones going by the price. So why not wait out most of the warrant term and then buy?

Is it a signal to the market or to another player? Is it to gain more percentage control without pushing the market price up by bying publicly? These are, to me, the unknowns here.

Cheers,
Notgnu

End result  Vlad started with 224,627,115 warrants and ended with 220,627,115

Added 10,000,000 shares to his holdings

However not sure what has happened = but sort of reminds me of being pick pocketed in Rome

Are you confused  I am  and have but have that feeling like somebody has been into my pockets

Not the feeling of being impailed - rather just a smooth pickpocketing= Russian style!
