Collusion: Between institution brokers. Cannacord and others. Canadian market rife with collusion. Set blocks, naked shorting, set times, blocks and algos between each other. Retail left out. Bombardier stock BBD-B.TO wh0 r,e. to this lack of oversight. It's clear now IIROC is part of this collusion. Failure to act confirms this. Bombardier stock price value is well below due to unabated collusion. New evidence for the media now. Please investigate Bombardier stock manipulation.
