RE:Proxy form

RE:Proxy formquestions concerning proxy form.
I still have not received the voting proxy form.
I have spent 2 hrs on the phone with Computershare, transfered 3 times and the final answer was they were not the one responsible for sending the form by mail.
It is the responsability of the brokerage firm where your shares are deposited to supply the form.
My firm is Disnat .
I  called Disnat  and after 30 min i got a call back . The person said that i have signed a form that stated that i did not want to receive info from the co i invested in.
I stated that i was a customer way before any  of those options were available and  i wanted to receive info from co i invest in.
I am expecting a response tomorrow to see if i could get the proxy to vote form.

For now my understanding is that the form could come from 3 different places.
Computershare, the brokerage account that you deal with or last option is to have all info sent to you directly from Abcourt..
I got the feeling that this year the vote would be very important  .
My guest is that not all board members are on the same side.
4 out of 7  board members could side together to remove Mr Mestrallet or Mr Renaud Hinse or Normand Hinse from the board.
Or remove any board member(that own no shares) that could be persuaded to vote for future proposals that would be bad for Abcourt.
I think this year is the year that all shareholders should vote and the result outcome would be
that if the future is different or stays the same we  would all feel responsable.
I know that i promised  not to post after i had a few beers but this time there is not much time to
vote.
Fernand
