RE:RE:RE:News in case you missed itUnfortunately those who bought stock on the most recent equity issue... got sold on an emotional vision without much substance. They were also thinking that their warrants would be worth something and that they could convert those into stock which would raise more money for the company if the company had to move forward either with exploration or taking the ultimate risk and mining what they see.

now the shareholders or bag holders are looking at a stock with an overhang of warrants that will never be issued and an inability to raise future capital because management has done nothing. Unfortunately for shareholders they are going to watch the cash position disappear consultants get paid and there shares be diluted and possibly eventually worthless if the company becomes are going concern and can't raise money

this is the kind of fly by night mining company that hurts innocent investors who dream based on somebody's magical story. I find this kind of behaviour frustrating as an investor. I don't like to see it and I am surprised that regulators can't do something about keeping this kind of activity out of the marketplace
