Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. No thank you on a press release. This is Spectral. The result of that PR would be a dime share price.

we know that they can masterfully oversee the destruction of market cap but who there, in the last 15 years, has managed an upward swing of a share price? Is there anyone there capable of managing significant buying pressure?

They only have 1 direction on the payroll.
