Game theory >>> answering my own question >>>

Game theory >>> answering my own question >>>It seems no one wants to weigh in on this wararnt excersize enigma. Maybe I am the only one who sees this as important. Perhaps I am totally not understanding something about Vlad's strategy here.

Wild guess #1 Something to do with year end tax positioning of which I know very little

Wild guess #2 Vlad has too much money and they just want to randomly

Wild guess #3 Pala / Iorich have listened to Rock and are positioning for a sale of 47% (or more if they add from public market buys.) To do this they would want to (probably over time) excersize all their warrants, including the $0.00 priced 20 cent January warrants to get to their fully diluted (near 51% full control. But if that was the case then why not have done it in the last financing instead of stating they want to just maintain their current approx. 40%

WIld guess #4 (Anyone?)

Cheers,
Notgnu
