RE:RE:RE:Confusing info! ?
Payla owns the Bond that provides excursion cash.  Payla is an invetment capitol company.

in theory w solway moving in to set a director on the NCI Board.  Vlads bottom feeding days are a thing of the past...  since 2019 Payla hascollected somehitng like 97M$ in fees.

the real possibility of the shot 2 the bak of head -is- day NCI makes a couple quarters of pos cash flow; thats when companies go private.

LODE orComstock did this in 2000..  their stok became so valuable (around 3000$ a share) - comstock simply re-purchased all of their public shares.

NCI did put a relief valve/private on this 4 the big instutional holders up in Ca..  and stated in thier 2021 IFS that NCI would not B a cash Generating Unit until 2024 --  CGU!
