NGU - your alternative re a sale and exercising warrants

NGU - your alternative re a sale and exercising warrants Paying $2.0 each to purchase a ncu share with knowledge of a sale would make sense  other than I am sure it's highly illegal in that one can't make such a move without getting caught.

Further I don't believe that PALA can sell their sizeable shareholding leaving the retail swinging

NCU is a cdn co  and cdn rules are not Russian rules but maybe VLAD  doesn't care? But there is an extradition treaty between Switzerland  and the USA

Now if a sale with this kind of bad things were in the wind then the big fund selling recenty would be understandable!  But if this happens expect to see a number of the independent directors plus the proferrional firms bailing=lawyers  auditors etc

Remember that. Viola in Macmillan went to jail over Windfall!!

all sounds interesting BUT
