RE:Latest Business IntelligenceSoroush Naxarpour, NanoXplore CEO, partook of a three person panel interview, during which he clearly stated that there would be "a small" pilot plant battery cells manufacturing facility built and ready for the first quarter of 2022.
I believe the web link to such a interview had been posted by somebody here or somebody at another GRA bulletin board not too long ago.
I watched every second of that particular interview, along with another interview, and played both of the interviews back repetatively.
I certainly know what I heard Mr. Nazarpour as clearly stating, with respect to the clear expectation that this "small" battery cells 'pilot plant' 'manufacturing' facility would be up and running during the first quarter of 2022.
After viewing such interviews, sufficed to say I was - and this doesn't happen often - newly impressed by Mr. Soroush Nazarpour.
Specifically, I greatly appreciated his poise in answering certain questions; whilst providing very pertinent information regarding NanoXplore's business direction.
I also appreciated Mr. Nazarpour's clearly demonstrated intellect, his clearly conveyed sense of deep knowledge of battery materials and materials sciences specifically.
I took note of his well rounded and quite ballanced approach to capitalizing on various graphene centric business opportunities and certainly applauded NanoXplore's securing of ownership to strategically important intellectual properties developed by NanoXplore; this was particularly noteworthy.
Certainly the exclusivity of negotiated 'long term' sales contracts which have been provided to and duly secured by NanoXplore representatives for the production, supply and proprietary composition of 'specified materials', these would also be materially important components provided by NanoXplore for co-developed industrial and consumer products market place, is also a plus on the achievements side of the ledger for NanoXplore representatives.
The present and future perhaps ten fold increased supply of such 'proprietary materials' comprised products, products which existing and future NanoXplore customers and their respective clients are intent on rolling out; would be representative of accomplishments which Mr. Nazarpour would also certainly be be proud of achieving.
One duly noted that at some point during one of the 'one on one' interviews, Mr. Nazarpour even suggested that some NanoXplore clients and customers had no interest in determining the value of nor, at the time of NanoXplore's developing of such customized products for such clients, had they elected to claim any control of co-ownership to such unique Intellectual properties, IP.
As I understood it to be the case, these would now be or in future become potentially quite lucrative intellectual properties which are now, as Mr. Nazarpour suggested, outright owned by NanoXplore.
Before this recent and clearly 'engineered' fiasco involving the requisite collapse of GRA's share price occurred, I had simply been content to wait for the update which Mr. Soroush Nazarpour suggested would occur sometime during the first quarter of 2022.
Obviously, I am still waiting.
Just as the preceding provisioning of quite positive information on my part would, at this juncture and given all the critical viewpoints which I have more recently stated here, be quite surprising to this bulletin board's participants and perhaps any 'lurking' company representatives alike; perhaps NanoXplore executives would elect to actually provide a broadly publicly disseminated company update. Doing so even though they are not at all required by the pertinent equities markets regulators to do so.
I guess one can only, once again, patiently wait until something of the sort takes place.
Clearly I have not given up on this company's potential going forward. Such potential is just too great; and at times, such surprises can be pleasant, yes?
