Surprised this hasn't been mentioned before. 12.9M shares were issued in the PP at $1.20. If they were just freed up for U.S. buyers (who presumably made up a good chunk of the PP membership) then anyone who was holding just got the chance to unload at a 100% profit. Wouldn't blame some for taking that, or at least unloading some shares.
I wonder what % of the private placement U.S buyers were. Either way, it sheds some light on both the volume and the price action the last 2 days.
