RE:RE:interesting i just got around to listening.
When discussing why the stockis down 75% , he gave three reasons - you mentioned the lockup period ending , decline in healthcare valuations and tax loss selling .
The last two reasons may have some validity but as you say the first is questionable / rubbish. It's not an required action (fairly standard behaviour though) with a lockup period for insiders to sell  ( ; especially if the shares have declined in value. Why sell at a depressed level? Why leave money on the table?
You're probably right they can replenish their holdings .
In general , I don't feel a hurry to do anything major here.
Do you happen to remember the name of the U.S. company he mentioned with a slightly different business focus?
