RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Quarterly results - Not good, again. Again, what is the agenda here? You sold and you don't like the company yet you come back here to comment on the board negatively regularly. What is the point? Enjoy typing? That is what sociopaths and nut jobs do. You have no skin in the game, go comment on the Largo board....it is tanking as well.
My average cost is $1.30 (13 cents). I am quite happy to hold. We are still dealing with a pandemic and restaurants are finally getting their feet back with restrictions lifting and we will see more agency wine selling as COVID concerns wane. I also believe the acquisttions will be immediately accretive to the bottom line. They will weather this storm and come out the otherside. The real estate they have is also a gem of an asset. Wineries like DWS represents prime real estate in places like Niagra-On-The Lake and Kelowna.
Lasssonde clearly wants a prescence in the wine market. They are in it for the long haul. They are sticking around because there is really no other way for them to sell wines in the grocery stores and they consider that to be a primary growth market. The wine market will likely triple if they can get wines in all Ontario grocers. Across Canada and we talking massive growth sector. Lassonde is smart and they see the future.
It is worth a flier on DWS and I would say Andrew Peller as well. I own both. They are considerably undervalued compared to other wine companies trading in the US or Europe.
