It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Golden lunch

Didn't quite get the jist of the last part of your post.The only two sentences in the news releases that give any semblance of hope are that there will be a hearing to see if the company will be delisted which will be a yes or a no and that Harte Gold will decide which is the best route to take after the Sale and investment solicitation process.Silver Lake's offer is the starting point and may be bested by another company or a completely different arrangement may present itself.Or not.
