The week that was and wasn't.What do I mean by saying this was "the week that was and wasn't" or simply put, status quo and everything appears to be proceeding as planned. There will always be sellers, especially around Christmas time with tax loss selling. And of course the wild card is the significant short position which at the end of November stood at 344,000 shares (about 1.2% of the float), exactly what the shorts are doing is yet to be determined, I think it will all depend on what news TOC can provide as to whether they continue to short more or start to cover.
TOC traded about 253,000 shares for the week, another good collection of stock and perhaps a few more shares short. Price closed at $0.93 with a good bids underneath. I suspect this is where we are going to trade until more progress is made. I think some good news and a little squeeze on the shorts, we could see significant upward price movement.
