Great Bear to scale

So, if Great Bear suggest that nearly 8.5 milion ounces may exist and their deal is structure so that 8.5 million ounces is worth 1.8 Billion dollars then that suggest that if we hit 50 million ounces then our 20 percent is worth nearly 2 Billion dollars (excluding royalty) and our current market cap is 115 million so 20x our money from here? This is very simplistic but please let me know if I am way off1 Wallace
