RE:This winter has ZERO impact...You are correct on that my man. For example harveys on the waterfront of St Johns has more salt then will be used this year. Everyone that needs salt has their salt for this season. They will need some lead time to secure contracts and orders. It does not mean jack squat what this season is like, it has zero impact on atlas. Mr Salt is surely reaching out to his contacts.
