The 1% elites of course will not be effected by this as they will just use their enormous wealth to buy credits or employ other measures to bypass restrictions. Those that have nothing, unwilling to put in the effort and/or take the risk to succeed in life are being weaponized by the elites. They are using the 'have nots' to attack everyone in the middle; thereby ensuring everyone but the 1% are cast into serfdom.
