I had to give dkl the ASC's phone number I called Don Rogers. The last time we spoke he said he did not know any details and that he would never know any details as that was not his job. He only answers questions about procedures but not specific questions.

As to the ASC, we have answered every question. They have no others. They do not deny this. They just say that the do not like the record. I have explained this to you. It makes no sense to talk to them anymore and we are pursuing with our money a way that can resolve this.
