The Austruck-Bonanza Property is underlain by Devonian to Triassic Harper Ranch formation comprised of fine grade sedimentary rocks including mudstone and shale and includes basaltic volcanics. The Company holds 100% interest in the Austruck-Bonanza Property and 20% interest in the Treaty Creek project.

$$ ;Been paying very close attention to the inflation numbers coming out of the States.. Came in a little higher than expectations, but to find higher you have to go back to 1982 . Speaking for myself we went through a massive recession that has only been eclipsed by the dirty thirties or the great depression.. I hope were not heading in that direction but one has to capitalize in any situation.. Back between 1979-1984 gold hit a high of around 800 and interest rates hit 22% . Personally, I'm holding out for the price of gold to hit 2600 . As for the rest of it ,it was really really tough living so be prepared and buy gold stocks.. Cheers, to better times ..
