GLTA from looooong-time lurkerHello everyone,
I'm an OG, who's owned CGX since 1999 and over the years accumulated a nice-sized position at a rock-bottom ASP. I've also been a lurker on this board for many, many years. Perpetually amused by all the nonsense posts and ridiculous infighting (daily, it seems) but also grateful for all the informative info and research.
Originally from the GTA (but currently work in the US southwest) and used to work in i-banking (junior M&A analyst--still recovering after 23 years), where one historic day an MD I used to 'talk shop' with in the office put me on to CGX. The rest is history....a ridiculously long and infuriatingly frustrating history. Like, holy sh*t, that's an understatement, as many of you know.
Now that we're close to concluding this chapter and hopefully beginning a new one of celebration and prosperity (no jinx), I just thought I'd come out of the woodwork and wish all of you strange and whacky characters a hearty GLTA.
If this thing really explodes, maybe I'll even join that get-together in T.O. for multiple beverages.
