Where does it say that a public company can invest in a private offering but never sell it...get a life you scum. Growmax invested in AGN when no one else would and it capitalized on that investment by selling when there was a market for the stock...nothing illegal and Growmax was not an insider and did not need to report the sales...Growmax has been reporting the sales in its fiancials as required...
Get a life and go away with your contniued conspiracy theories..If you believe there is criminality here..go file a complaint with the regulators.
