A real Tony Magoo love in hereThe only winner here is Sean Boyd a very smart CEO and Agnico. Nevertheless the transaction smelled so badly even Agnico stock is tanking! I have no doubt the combination will be successful and grow but all the propaganda in the world cannot hide the obvious. A bad deal for KL shareholders.
