Me a few hundred other investors are inquiring if there is anyway, we will see some shareholder value from all this dilution???
I understand your frustrations with the share price. We feel the same. Our team is working diligently to achieve the milestones that are set out for each of the four core-assets that the company has. The shareholder value will be created from these as we continue down the path to revenue generation. We believe that the “hold pattern” on the share is also to do with the fact that most development projects in the space right now are not seeing large share appreciation. Most companies in the market that have seen share appreciation recently are revenue generating companies. We believe this will change for us once our assets are operational.
I mean, we cant call it a total fraud as the people involved seem to be real, however not one of your board members ever holds their shares and your most recent edited financials look like they were meant to confuse and manipulate people from the truth. I'm sure we will see a lot of similarities out of SHRM now that we have Habuda over there, right???
Agra remains true to our core assets and is committed to bringing each one to full revenue potential. We will not comment on the operations of the above-named companies.
In short are you guys frauds or real??? We really want to know and have a lot of money riding on the BS NRs that never seem to pan out to anything more than a few people in BC, Toronto and the Cayman Islands (Boddy lives there, right?) getting piles of shares and then dumping them without ever knowing the real reason for issuance.
AGRA and our core-assets are very much legitimate. AGRA has made excellent decisions purchasing these assets and each one could stand on their own.
Just hoping for some clarity as to the plan you guys might have. As it stands now, the sentiment is that you guys are crooks and are ripping people off. This is not a singular sentiment, but one shared by anyone discussing the Cannabis Sector and AGRA. I'll happily sell my shares at .10 for any of the board members that would like to buy them, but I doubt they have the confidence given the sell their own shares for .055!
