08:29 AM EST, 12/13/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Nova Leap Healthcare (NLH.V) on Monday announced that it has completed the strategic acquisition of a home care business with operations in Kentucky and Indiana. The execution of the definitive agreement and related information pertaining to this acquisition was previously announced on Nov 11, 2021.

"We're pleased to enter both the Kentucky and Indiana markets," said Chris Dobbin, President & CEO of Nova Leap. "This acquisition complements our existing business in Ohio and is part of our strategy of expanding our footprint in the Midwest and Southern regions."
