RE:RE:Posters concerns and support to ABI. hi Bazbuz .
You don't seem to comprehend what is a NSR .
The NSR is a % of the future production that has been given (or negotiated in the past by the selling co or the funding provided by an outsider.).
The NSR of 2% was negociated and registered by previous transactions before Abcourt was the owner or could have been given to an outsider by Abcourt in exchange for funding.
This happens all the time .
Co like EMX Royalty, Oregen Royalty , Franco Nevada , Wheaton Precious Metal , Osisko Gold Royalties and many other co's get a % royalties in exchange for fundings.
These NSR are registered for life against future production of the mine.
Yes Mr Hinse could be a good samaritan and give back the royalty to Abcourt or sell it back for a certain amount of $.
Why would a sane person give back what he has paid for just to please a shareholder like you.
You are working for your pocket and so is everybody else.
Yes Mr Hinse could evaluate what the future of Elder could bring him( maybe 500 oz a year for 20 years at a price of $2000k would be worth $20m ) and sell to Abcourt for a small discount but then every body would say he is exagerating the value and trying to profit from his position as a major shareholder.
All mining have an NSR that they would like to buy back at a discount.
Abcourt has many NSR registered on different mine sites.
Elder 2%
Vendome 2%
Tagami 1-2%
Jopol 2.5%
Aldermac West 2%
Cameron Shear 2%
Laflamme 2%
I do not want to spend a week looking into Barvue, Flordin ,Discovery to see if they also have an NSR registered against.
I know that Sleeping Giant has only $5 per tonne for 350000 tonnes. = $1,750,000
Elder has already payed close to the total that SG will pay .
You all have the option to enquire who all those NSR are registered with and if you can enquire and see what the purchasing price of those NSR could be. Maybe we could all get together and acquire them before Mr Hinse does or
Let Mr Hinse know that all the future earning should be directed to acquire all NSR before getting Barvue in production.
Now please let all of us know what is your prefered choice is.
Ok now i will stop posting for a while and let all that info be absorbed and digested.
Waiting for all your responses and remember that all our posts are a waste of time.
