bnn pick is not based upon apple decision IMO as analysts do not generally bank on court decision with all its risk.

BNN and Partners M recommendattion is based upon our ITS future.  IMO 

ITS ITS ITS is the direction for QTRH.   Apple funds if  win for our ITS>
