During fiscal 2021 the Company entered into a multi-year equipment rental agreement with a multinational oilfield services company for the distribution of Wavefront’s Powerwave well stimulation technology not only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia but across the 90 global locations of the multinational oilfield service company’s locations. Since entering into the agreement with a multinational oilfield services company, Wavefront has been training this Distributor’s personnel on the Powerwave technologies for marketing purposes and well site candidate selection, most notably in Colombia, Mexico, Brunei, and broadly across Europe
