TVI Pacific Inc. is a Canadian resource company focused on mining projects in the Philippines. The Company holds a 30.66% interest in TVI Resource Development Phils., Inc. (TVIRD). TVIRD's assets include the wholly owned Balabag gold-silver mine and Siana gold mine (Siana). It also has in its portfolio of projects its 100%-owned Mapawa project (gold), a 60% indirect interest in the Mabilo project (a copper-gold-iron skarn deposit that offers potential for multi-metal products, namely copper, gold and silver, with by-products magnetite and pyrite), and a 60% interest in Agata Mining Ventures Inc. (nickel/iron DSO mine). Siana is located in Tubod, Surigao del Norte, approximately 35 kilometers from Surigao City and near to Lake Mainit. RE:What is going on with TVI Pacific?Just some larger seller on the Canadian side who wanted out to buy "something else".  I sure hope "something else" pays off or they're going to be sorely peeved when TVI starts moving. 

It was all Canada;  there were only 6,000 Shares total traded on the U.S. side today.   It didn't help it's December, either. 

As for promotion, I'm just cynical enough to think Cliff is keeping quiet long enough to let several hundred of his closest friends buy in on the cheap for the rest of the year.  Come January 1......
