RE:Nice Interviews with Peter Bell thanks for providing that link takeoverbuck1 ... it was very interesting to listen to and educational (for me at least!)
Particularly when Jean said that the purpose of the drilling at La Esperanza was not to try and prove up the orebody (he said they are not at that stage yet), but rather to just find a good orebody to supply ore to the plant. ---- (this was my error in thinking when posted previously).
It sounds to me like they have certain agreements in place regarding property sharing and property rights with other claimholders that he cannot talk about very much at this time but by the sounds if it he will explain a lot more in the not too distant future.
Actually i can undertand this as they are operating in a foreign country and there are competitors and they need to be discreet when doing business in an area where probably quite a few don't even want them around.
So it takes time to build relationships (sometimes many years before finally being accepted) and it sounds like Jean believes they have pretty much reached that place.. finally!
I got to hand it to him for hanging in there thru the hard times and not throwing in the towel.
Also, i have not heard Jean sound this positive before... the interview was a good listen and Jean sounded fully aware and knowledgeable of the situation in Honduras and i am glad he finally made the trip there. Karl Trudeau sounds great! Glad they got him.
IMO i thought Jean sounded professional and aware of things.... whereas Peter sounded rather green and inexperienced but i guess everyone's got to start somewehre at sometime!
Was glad to listen to it.. thanks again
I am looking foreward to the coming weeks and months now in a way i never was before!
So GLTA!
