Even though Wyloo is in control, and it may look like a long shot for BHP to gain enough shares to take this over, they stilll can drive the shareprice higher on Wyloo just for spite. 

What happens if BHP bids $3.50 tomorrow just to make Wyloo pay more for 100% of the shares. Might still be room for more shareholder value just by sitting on your shares and watch the Titans tussle. Just an opinion.
