On Dec 15, 2008 to Dec 28 2009 Excellon's stock price rose from $3.5 to $16.5 for a 370% increase before capping out on 27 Dec 2010 at $33.75 for a 864% increase. On 14 Dec 2015 to Aug 15 2016 it rose from $.90 to $8.50 for an 844% increase. Both following huge takedowns in Excellon's stock price. Timing wise this also looks about right. IMO, the gun is loaded and all it needs is for someone/something to pull the trigger. We shall see.
