My note to Jenene

As your company is the gatekeeper to a management team that refuses to make itself available to shareholders in a meaningful way, I am writing to inform you that due to their 100% failure rate in bringing any new products to market over the past ten years I will be voting my holding in the amount of 707K shares against every incumbent at this years AGM.
