Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBDF

Primary Symbol: GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

Not Happy

Not HappyReading all the posts over the past few days it is obvious there are differing views on the Kinross offer.
Initially, I liked it.  But, after further reviewing, I have changed my mind about the deal's merits.  I don't like it period. It is a lowball offer, plain and simple.
What is the real reason behind Chris Taylor green lighting this takeover price?  Especially after all the hoopla he raised about Dixie's potential, the never ending promotion etc. He is letting Kinross steal it. There is no justifiable reason for this ground to be released for less than $40.00 per share.  We are not getting fair value here.
Like, with all the highly regarded advisers( including the geologists), how did they arrive at such a bargain basement price of $29.00? There is no way on God's green earth that this paltry figure adresses what we have in the ground. C'mon, Mr. Bristow.  Up the ante here.  Your Barrick will never regret it. This is a rare find.  There, I've said my piece....pg
