Amazing how a little bug could upset your plans to use hydroelectric power and now you discover that you have to use liquified natural gas?
Wouldn't a decision like that have to come from some kind of specialized power engineer?
Surely that decision wouldn't be in the hands of the civil engineer who couldn't figure out the ground had a slope, would it?
Does Argonaut have a lock on engineers who need a LOT of remedial training?
