CMC just sold their property here in California, right adjacent to Tree Island Steel,..for +$3million an acre....Tree Island also have prime real estate in Canada. My valuation, net, after tax, $5.20....USD, just on their property alone. Given market demand and operations, $10 USD projection. They fit our Presidents restructuring plan completely.
And I think conservative, anyone else have a view....I also have some analysis on a few other companies-if interested.
