( in all fairness all miners are garbage) The reason for all the mergers is so all these companies can stay in business regardless of share price. The longer in business the more money for the insiders. CEOs CFOs directors etc collect very nice weekly paycheques and bonuses. Fed talks soon. Free fall in price should start tomorrow with all the gold miners. Free fall probably going to last into Jan. Much much better entry point coming.
