But there always to seems to be a reason for delay.  Covid is destined to be the new Flu.

Carbon tax - now - prevents polluting as a least expensive option.

High Energy prices - force cost reductions to remain competitive = energy efficiency.

Lots of opportunity for movers and shakers.   

TMG - It is 'time' for hard sales/marketing to reticent former clients and potential clients.
