spin deal will close

Pennsylvanian Gaming Control Board granted Bragg's Spin acquisition request this am. It was a formality. You can watch the video of the hearing at the twitter site of the Board. Just fast forward the You Tube video to 1:34:15. It's about as exciting as watch paint dry but it means the Spin Deal is done on the regulatory side. Should be some corporate announcement soon.
