My guess is why they didn't keep Dave Holt, was that the CFO thinks he is the Chier Operating Officer, and the CFO.

My guess is when Dave tried to figure out his roll for COO, it stepped on Bibby toes a bit and he wanted Dave gone.

Maybe Dave decided he did not want to work at a company run by the CFO.

Lots of speculation..
