I love that Russter is toughing it out with the rest of us.  But we all have different objectives/tolerances/time horizons, so not everyone will agree with NCIB because they speak from a position of bias.  Best person to ask about be a career analyst who doesn't own shares. 

Hmmmm...  Any Canadian small cap stock analysts out of work after pandemic?  Ya there's a few.
