The Lion Electric Company is a manufacturer of zero-emission vehicles. The Company creates, designs and manufactures all-electric class 5 to class 8 commercial urban trucks and all-electric school buses. RE:se bidonner...J aime  bien tout tes posts Dibah .On voit que t as pas commence a investir dans la dernire annee.Ton dernier post est vraiment interessant dans le sens que la question du takeover va bien arriver tot ou tard.Reste juste a savoir qui va acheter qui.Je ne crois vraiment pas que le gouvernement du Quebec laisserait aller un tel joyau dans des mains etrangeres.Trop dangereux de passer a l histoire comme etant celui qui a permis la vente du Tesla des autobus scolaires.Et quand je dis Tesla,j en parle en tant que precurseur et non pas en rapport avec le succes financier.On en est encore bien loin....

Par contre,le PM Legault et ses 2 ministres de l economie sont de vrais hommes d affaires.Ils sont beaucoup plus acheteurs que vendeurs.Si une occasion se presentait,surtout aux States,je vois bien  la Caisse de depot allonger quelques centaines de millions pour permettre a Lion de consolider le marche.Ils l ont deja fait a l poque avec CGI qui est devenu un geant dans les TI en lui fournissant  le cash pour proceder a plusieurs acquisitions...Il doit bien y avoir une couple de dinosaures qui fabriquent encore des autobus alimentes au diesel et qui auraient le desir de tranformer leur capacite de production en tout lectrique....
