And now there are 5 major pipelines that are in development with one in commercialization status. Another deal in the short term that we know of. I would say that is different than before. 

So what does that tell you about the value here? Buy, no way?

Don't say it, Howie is an incompetent moron and anyone who doesn't see that or tries to share the positive side of the equation is in the same camp, correct? 

I hear your frustration at the price, we all are. But give the conversation a little space to breath here. Everything will feel better when they make their moves. Be patience for as long as you need to be, and if you can't handle it, move on.
