Credit Facility 08:17 AM EST, 12/16/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Enthusiast Gaming Holdings (EGLX.TO), a video game and esports content platform operator, on Thursday announced a credit facility with Scotiabank.
Enthusiast will receive an operating facility with an initial limit of C$5 million and a term loan of up to C$10 million. The company will use the facilities to repay debt under its existing revolving and term credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
The facilities will have an initial term of 24 months and may be extended for a further 12 months.
