sales,distribution and service partnershipWhen you form a partnership with someone there are terms of such agreement. I doubt Daymak has agreed to do all of that for free so where in the news release are the terms of the agreement?

I also love how they say the smartwall is sold out lol. They sold via preorder all the units to Daymak so they actually haven't really sold any yet.
